The 2-day hearing will be open to the public so please come and support your fellow ME sufferers in this landmark legal action. This action is patient-led. The courts are wheelchair accessible and restrooms will be available, see www.nicemecourt.co.uk (unofficial website) for detailed instructions. Also, details of parking, transport, accommodation (some available in people’s houses) and practical help available at the High Court.
Start time 10.30 tbc
The court day is relatively short starting at 9.30 or 10.30 with a brief adjournment for lunch in between 1 and 2 and finishing at 4.30 or 5.00. The start time will be confirmed the day before, other timings depend on the judge. The courts open at 9.30.

Bus numbers 4,11,15, 23, 26 76,172,341 stop outside the Royal Courts of Justice
For Richmond and Kingston members the RCJ are on a direct bus route from Waterloo station
