Enduring fatigue can be an isolating and lonely experience.

That's not part of the illness. It's not necessary. 

 

Many new ME support group members have never previously met or talked to anyone with ME, or to anyone who knew much about it.

Below are ways you can ask questions, share experiences,  find people who believe you, connect with people who understand you because they've been there. â€‹â€‹
